Please keep in mind that rates are quoted and negotiable depending on the type and length of the project.

Additional expenses are recharged to the client at cost:

• Travel
• Accommodation and out of pocket expenses
• Photography and prints
• Photocopying
• Faxing
• Postage
• Couriers
• Long distance calls

If an hourly or day rate does not accommodate your needs, there is also the option to pay a fixed monthly fee for a predetermined volume of work. The fee will include research, writing and editing of press materials, photography shoot supervision, pitching/liaison with journalists and other contacts, unit publicity and on-site event publicity.
